What the heck is Giblink?

I've been getting tons of emails about Giblink or Gibline and to be honest, I'm not quite sure I understand what's going on with it. Are people actually making money for not doing anything?
I'm tempted to join for the $150 just to ease my curiosity. I got an email from a guy who says he actually made $5000.00 in Giblink and that's not even counting any commissions from sponsoring anyone.

Does anyone have any other information about this program or is Giblink a scam?

I've always got my eye out for good deals and great things but I'm a little skeptical.
